| Production batches will be of 25-50 units depending on demand of the moment. As Helios equalisers use some exotic bits from Switzerland and France, the lead time on some components can vary between six and ten weeks. Components have been ordered and are on their way so our first production run should be complete by middle to late March 2001. |
| The interim ordering process |
| We're working on an Internet ordering system at the moment - this is the way to do it until it's up and running. |
| In the future (ie when we are holding stock) our general terms of payment will be: 35% on order; 65% plus delivery charges just prior to shipping. For the first production runs we've modified this slightly and the process is as follows: |
- Place your order enquiry by email or fax to +44 (0) 117 955 0636 - don't send money yet!
- We will send you a reference number for the order enquiry.
- When assembly starts we will advise you of the delivery date.
- If the delivery date is satisfactory, make a transfer of 35% of the order value to Helios Professional Audio Limited - details shown below.
- When the product is ready to ship, we will advise you of the balance including shipping charges.
- You make a second transfer into our bank account.
- Upon receipt of the balance, we ship the goods to you.
